Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the payment purpose, service status, applicable programme rules, and whether a benefit, registration, credential, or administrative process has already been delivered.

Duplicate or erroneous payments should be reported promptly through Support with the payment reference and supporting evidence. Approved refunds are returned through an authorized payment channel after verification.
